    I cannot stop laughing

There are labels to put on the outside of the jars once they are canned. Some can even be printed out from the computer. At the very least write on the lid or jar with a black marker. I make 3 levels of salsa( yes I have some wimp children and grandchildren) Someone moved jars after they...

Have friends up in your neck of the woods, they are in Sister Bay area. Your weather sounds about like lower sw MN. Think fall has about won the battle.

    Dogs and Thunderstorms

For some reason it seems the big dogs have more fear of storms than little ones. I have no idea why although we did have a tiny Pomeranian who ran and hid in her bed when it thundered, the other two, Pomeranian and American Eskimo, could care less. Hope you find something that helps.

    Barrackpore 7 pot

Yes Nova!!! No mention of it being a trinidad scorpion barrackpore BUT that's what the title says and the response today indicated it could be a trinidad scorpion...here we go again. Not meaning to suggest anything except that some people feel that if a pepper comes from a particular area it...

    chinense scotch bonnet or not?

If you cut open a scotch bonnet you will know it immediately!! You get a smell of heat that will shock you. I'd forgotten how hot they were until picking one this year. Habaneros take a back seat to the smell of a bonnet. You definitely know this pepper is going to give you a lot of heat.
