Does anyone know of a bottle manufacturer who makes the small 1.8 ounce hot sauce bottles with the lids? I buy my bottles from Fillmore Containers. They have the bottles but have been out of the lids for months. I have searched other places but cannot find the small bottle with lids.

I blend all my ingredients in a half-gallon blender. Water, vinegar, hot peppers, spices. I will typically get a lot of air bubbles when I fill the bottles using a funnel. Has anyone ever taken seeds from frozen hot peppers to start plants indoors?

My pH tester says use distilled water for calibration. The buffer powder says use deionized water. Will purified water work just as good?  They all have their differences.

Happy holidays to all! I started selling Sister Verona Hot Sauce retail/wholesale a couple months ago to a small grocery, delis, a couple bar and grills, etc.and have had decent success. I've sold over 300 bottles and hope to triple at next year after my harvest.

I'm looking for recommendations for a pH testing meter for hot sauce preferably less than $300.
