    I'm looking for some ideas...I have a base but need more   Starting with blackberry, bourbon, chocolate ghost, (have a mix of other supers in my freezer)     Thinking maple syrup for sugar source...or half honey half maple sugar     Any thoughts?

    Anyone ever used club soda in their hot sauce recipe?  Am thinking about a sauce that I am planning and I think something like club soda might be a solid idea...thoughts?  Also thought about tonic water, but finding one without HFCS is problematic.

    What is your favorite chili to make into powder? Right now I am a big fan of the brown moruga as well as cayenne (about 20 CCharleston with 1 large red 7pot)

    So I just figured out one of my plants from the summer was an inca red drop...but that leave s me with trying to figure out what was the one I thought was the red drop... Unfortunately I don't have any pics but it was very skinny, long smooth pods up to about 2" that ripened green to bright red...
