A moment of weakness

Well i'm not usually the one to be p*ssed and posting but hey, we all have our moments.....

So while in this fuzzy brain state i guess it's time to say that i am most certainly overwhelmed with the amount of knowlegde that i have gained from this great community (and we are a community as we care, on a personal level, for each other - don't try and deny it) but mostly and am humbled by the real and true warmth and friendship that has been offered to me over the past nearly 12 months.....

I am very proud to be a moderator of such a easy and friendly/close site (as it makes it so much bloody easier....hehe....) and I hope that I am doing a good job for yuo guys......I have big shoes to fill....

Anyway as it's my birthday and I have polished off 8 heinekens, 4 glasses of 29yo limited addition Port Ellen whiskiesthat is 61.8%, I will stop by saying thank you for all your chilli help and I love you allllllllllll.......:D

P>S the spelling is so good becuase I re read this post about 12 times and it has taken me 40 minutes to writes it....:lol:

It's in the mail mate, along with one of those precision cutting board you showed me in another thread. Also 2 different dry seasonings.....

So good times ahead.......

Plus, I got my first ripe chilli today....(golden Cayenne). I was to excited and ate it before taking a photo of it....

Bloody beautiful flavour

OH GOD!!!!!!! WTF??? :lol:

I thought my brain was fuzzy last night......bloody hell, I'm in a bad way right now.......I'm sitting at work sweating out about a gallon a minute and it is nice and cool in the office.....hehe....

I am meant to be finalizing a multi million dollar deal today for a painting / electrical cable replacement contract....and I have to sit down with some pretty important people and act like my head isn't about to fall from my shoulders ....:lol:

I think I will let the understudy do the talking and I will call it a training exercise.......
 
Oh and thanks to everyone for the kind posts.....Kind of backs up the comments in my drunken post last night....:D

and Philipperv, you highlighted the word 'chilli' as being spelt wrong........That is the correct spelling in Australia and I think New Zealand also?

I've got to try and make that first post look better somehow!!!!
