The beers I had of yours were clean ...

I think  you can safely blame any problems with the saison on the dry saison yeast ...

I've *never* seen where anyone's used the dry yeast for saison ...

Probably would have been fine with WLP566 or WLP565, or Wy3724 ...

I like the ease of the dry yeast. Eventually I will have to break my cherry with some of the liquid yeasts.

Well, on a 2.5 gallon batch, of a normal-size beer, you can use a vial without having to do anything ... just let it sit on the counter from when you start, and pitch when it's time ...

You don't have to make a starter or anything for it if you've got enough yeast for 5 gallons, and you are using it on 2.5, so don't be too put off by it ...

Yup. The other one was iffy ... especially with those bottles ... the glass is so thin!

I really *do* need to keep my hands safe, since a lot of mouths depend on that - not just at home, but at work too ...

Also, that one spec'd the cap size specifically, 26mm, so I'll always know I'm getting the rights caps and bottles ...

That little scare earlier this week *SUCKED* ...
