These went in the slow cooker around 1pm for a good 5-6 hour cook. Short ribs in 1 cup red wine dusted with red pepper, onion pow, garlic pow, and a pinch or two of Kosher salt. This place is smelling good right now.

Also, got these guys soaking.

Now it's hurry up and wait time.

well, I'm out. The store's out of short ribs and the butcher shop's closed on Sundays. Some good looking grub from others though. I was going to make a flour out of the Panko and make egg noodles.
