Wheebz, I have to say I am impressed. Looks very good and you have obviously channeled your inner foo for this one. Well done grasshopper.

I still haven't been to the store yet, but don't want to forget PoL, so here's what's in the house so far:

Looks like you got some Indian/Nepalese chingaderra goin' on.
Indian, yes. Nepalese, no.

Made my own chaat masala, which includes powdered dried mango (called amchoor in India), cumin, kala namak (called black salt, though it's actually pink), coriander, ginger, asafaetida (we know it as hing or fennel), and chile powder. I used naga powder.
