SMORE HEAT PLEASE
Marshmallows
Gram crackers
Chili infused chocolate
Jalapenos
Birds eye peppers
Jays peach placenta powder
Mad dog 357 hot sauce
Hot grill or camp fire
Wire hanger
Everyone, who has been camping, has experianced burning marshmallows to a chrisp and placing it between two gram crackers nestled next to a chunk of chocolate.
Yum smores!!!
I took camping smores into the world of the chilihead.
DROPPED ONE AND IT GREW HUGE
DIRECTIONS
After doing my shopping, and finding that infused chocolate is WAY more expensive that it needs to be, I settled on one small bag of GHIRARDELLI SPICEY CARAMEL claiming to be infused with "natural chili pepper flavor". The rest of the chocolate was Hersey.
We used wire hangers for the mallow cooking.
TIP : plastic hangers look nice, but melt
Camp fires are great for roasting your mallow, but a grill will also work.
TIP: avoid wearing loose clothing near the fire
BURN RISK
Roast a few mallows to get it outta your system.
Drop a couple into the fire and watch them expand
COOL
Ok now place a gram cracker on the bottom.
Place chocolate atop gram cracker.
Burn the shit outta your mallow.
Place chrispy mallow atop chocolate.
Add chili head heat element.
Top with gram cracker.
Squish together.
Take a huge bite.
Grab beer to cool off your burnt mouth.
1) I started at the kiddie table with
the addition of jalapeno.
2) Next I experiance the addition of
a nice plump, fresh, birds eye pepper.
3) Thirdly a generous pinch of
Jays Peach bhut placenta powder.
4) Do I dare add Mad dog 357 hot sauce to the fourth?
My family and I have played with heat in dessert quite a bit in the past. We often add pepper powder to fudge. We add powder to cup cake batter. I have even made sweet hot sauce for pancakes. These four kinds of smores, however, added a new "firecracker" element to my Forth of July weekend.
