Looks like I forgot to shoot the OG after chilling, but it was 19.3P (or, 1.080 SG) ...
I was a little low coming out of the mash, but that's not surprising for BIAB, and I had my total efficiency at 65%, which I don't hit BIAB ...
I considered adding some sugars (extract or brown or molasses), but since I'm a half week behind schedule, I figured it was better not to try to pull off a 9.5% beer in three weeks - in terms of the conditioning time ...
