I've heard that normal human palates can't detect much beyond 80 IBUS, so 105 seems a bit excessive. Oh well, excess in brewing can be good from time to time, and sizzly!

Someone just tried to steal a package from our lobby by buzzing me, saying "delivery" but grabbing a package already there and taking off. I caught them, got it back, and then had to do a drive around with the cops but didn't spot them... okay, NOW I need a beer.

Kind of wish I spotted them, also kind of glad to be drinking beer instead of filling out paperwork, package is back, and hopefully they know not to try here again so it's a win.
