This one is decent at best. I've had way too many better bourbon barrel stouts that this one. The aftertaste has an initially good bourbon flavor, which fades into an odd tangy flavor. I drank it anyway, well more like chugged it, but I wouldn't buy it again.
If it's that good, I'm definitely going to keep my eyes open for it.t0mato said:

I bought this one, since I absolutely love Blue Mountain's Dark Hallow bourbon barrel stout. This is actually a solid IPA. It lacks a bit in the aroma department, but I think my olfactory sense has been a bit blasted by some NE IPA's lately anyway. I've become a fan of this brewery, at least from the two beers I've had from them. I will definitely make it a point to road trip to their brewery sometime soon.
