I needed a good stout after work, and this one surprisingly delivered. I feel that Star Hill's quality has gone down hill a bit lately, but this one is an exception. Solid stout with great coffee flavor and aroma.

My go to domestic Quad. This one always does the trick.

Good to know that one is worthwhile. I almost picked one up tonight, but I didn't want to risk it, at $13 a bomber. I'll grab one tomorrow for sure.

It's awesome. Make sure to let it warm up a bit for the best flavor. It's right up there with Bourbon County for me.

Home brewed Belgian Wit. It's dangerously good. I drank five of them in a row without breaking a sweat last week. Banana aroma, but not in flavor. The coriander and lemon zest I used really compliment the beer. I will be brewing this one again for sure!

Congrats in the vacay! I've got the next couple of days off at least. Just cracked a saison style braggot I brewed mid summer. 65% of the fermentables came from orange blossom honey, the remainder came from an assortment of malted grains. I added some fresh aji limo at the end of the boil, then fresh aji limo amd rocoto for the secondary. The WLP 565 yeast really did some great work on this one. I've been popping a bottle a month to check the flavor progression. Every time I drink it, it gets better.

IT was really empty before, I stopped on the way home from work and got the anti hero, two hearted and lizard king.
