HB Graf. I brewed this 6 months ago or so, and it is just right at this point. The perfect marriage between a cider and an ale. Not super sweet/malty at all, but a great apple aroma and flavor, and head retention that could only come from grain.

What's your favorite craft session? Founders is (x)(x)... any other real good ones around 4-5% max?

Not that it will help you much Down there but Grand River Brewing Plowman's Ale. 4.7% but lots of flavour for a smaller beer. I would rather crack an eephus or two these days for a night of easy drinking but I have killed growlers of Plowman's on my back deck plenty in the past.
