This one is good, considering I wasn't expecting an almost non carbonated sour type beer. I like sour/tart beers, so this was a nice surprise. Oddly enough, there was a ton of floaties in it is well. I'd drink it again, despite the deplorable floaty situation it has.

I hate floaties personally, but I'm relieved to see you post commercial beer up there with them, because I was thinking it was a bit of a Florida thing, since I rarely found them in the bigger craft bottles from like OB and Founders and BP etc ...

Brew day was today. I brewed a porter, which I will be adding some vanilla beans, and espresso beans in the secondary. 1.078 gravity, and wyeast 1084 to ferment this beast. I snapped the pic after pitching the yeast, with a glass of some home brewed chocolate milk stout next to the carboy.

That amount of floaties is very unprofessional IMO. I would be embarrassed to serve one of my home brews to someone if it looked like that.

How is that mead? Clever gnome placement, BTW.

This one's actually pretty damn tasty - 2nd mead I've liked, behind 810 Meadworks Bee Pollen or whatever, which was delicious ...

Nice! Last time I drank a bunch of mead was when my sister visited this past Summer. We drank 4 bottles while chatting away all evening. I had the most splitting headache imaginable when I woke up. I haven't braved the mead since... I have a good 15 cases of 750 mls aging though, so there is bound to be a bottle opened sometime soon.

No, it was pretty evenly split. My Sister can throw down some brew. She is 6'1", and in the Coast Guard, so used to getting Military drunk. She also seemed a bit hung over the next day though she didn't complain about it.
