So f'ing good! The hop and malt profiles are exceptional. I love the addition of simcoe.

Hey Grant have you looked at the fizzics waytap?

Btw I totally freaked out a friend last night when he showed me a picture of a steak he had made. I just looked at it and said" cool,sous vide fillet " he was pretty disappointed he couldn't tell me about it, bwahahaha .

Fizzics pours most of the beer into the glass, and then zaps the last little bit, to create a nice head ...

There's no nitro infusion of the liquid per se, and that system relies on the liquid already being carbonated or it can't work ...
 
NB infuses nitrogen into the liquid, and you can nitro flat beverages like coffee, juice, tea in addition to beer and soda etc ...
 
PS - FWIW, I confirmed my understanding of the fizzics with the NB's inventor.
 
I opened the barrel aged cuvee from nicklebrook  on sat.  So much burbon flavour, great creamy texture.  best description is Innis and Gunn on steriods.   I intended to do a with and without nitro side by side but  much alcohol was imbibed and that was not remembered until Sun evening sometime.  lol
