An oatmeal stout, and a Russian imperial stout. I plan on bourbon oaking the RIS in secondary with well, oak chips and Makers Mark.tctenten said:

That was my thinking at purchase, this could go one of two ways. Either ghetto 22" rims or dancehall space echo 201?? LOL
Thankfully it was dancehall dub. This stuff is really good actually, hoppy, exotic and I didn't even notice it was almost 10% til I read it.

I'm drinking the second to last bomber of some white IPA I brewed over the summer. It's lost most of it's hop aroma, but is still a killer beer. The head makes some fluffy cloudy suds that linger the whole time you drink the brew. I'll definitely be brewing this one again this Spring for the Summer. It is a clone recipe BTW, here is the recipe for anyone that's interested.

Now THIS is crafty! On a whim I just made my egg nog with Kahlua as the liquor. Holy hell where have you been all my life?! And you do realize Kahlua has rum in it right? Perfect for egg nog! Coffee/rum/vanillay. Grant. Try it!
