Ok time for burger posty. If you are looking for rare burger, move along nothing to see here. This is 80/20 beef that I got at the butcher shop. I know I can probably trust it, but I just do not make rare burgers. Sorry. I decided to do regular burgers and a juicy lucy. The lucy is stuffed with Cooper Sharp White cheese and the rest are topped with it. Potato rolls, the lucy has red onion, habanero, tomato, a little bit of romaine, bacon, and Mae Ploy mayo (TB bathes in that sheeiitt). The other burger has just bacon pickled jalapeno, and Texas Creek Chipotle BBQ sauce.

Ball and Smash, added a little Weber's Gourmet Burger rub.

well that jucy lucy was like that. Any higher I woulda had to stick skewers in it. I needed a bigger bun. That thing was a pain in the ass to eat. Damn tasty though.
