food Burgers? Hell Yeah!!

White Castle started the cooking on onions method.

The onion steam gives them a good flavor. Not that I eat WC but I'd dig on those TB!
 
I've oftentimes added diced onion to my meat mixture or topped a burger
with sauteed onions but have never cooked atop them. Yet another thing
I've learned from this fine forum...
 
Notice in the piccy the Best Made dill's. Ate these when I was a kid and made right down the road in Fort Worth. What's that on the lid? It looks like WIN to me.

TB man, been really digging you burgers, love the way you handle your meat. Formation of the patty and frying just looks awesome.

I've never seen a staggered double cheese burger with the toppings in between, and that looks divine!

I'd eat that burger but leave off the romaine and cook mine medium por favor. I'm liking the bun. Did you hollow out the bottom or did it just squish down? Pork chop?
