The meat log has onions, LDHS brown label, panko crumbs an egg, layer of cheese in the middle and chopped up little smokies.

Meat needed some peppers inside otherwise it was all really good. I should have made more poppers and smokies.

Made a spicy aoli and some meatloaf glaze IE ketchup, worstershire sauce and brown sugar
