Good morning and goodnight, Home from work. I got my meat for the throwdown marinading, made me some hot pico with aji limon, aji omni color, bolsa de dulce, criolla sella , sea salt, lime and green onion. Smells good, haven't tasted it yet. Will be fairly hot that much I'm sure. At least to the families standards.

I'm with ya Sic. I'm going to do some laps in the community pool with my son. Tomorrow is his birthday. We will celebrate today. He turns 9. Damn the time goes by quick. I guess that clock starts ticking, the day we enter this wonderful adventure we call life. Have a awesome day.

What a great day. Had to get up early lots of work today. But we are going to knock out a quick 25 miles in the swamp. Today will be my wife's first swamp ride with me and my "mentor." I hope everyone has a great day and tell your boy happy birthday for me Chuck.

Good Morning. Well it's another week. Off to work. Was up late last night watching the Daytona 400. One of the scariest wreck at the end of the race. Car almost goes into the stands at 190mph. Thankfully no one was hurt.

Thanks Sic! I'll let him know for sure. We cooked steaks, went swimming, and saw Jurassic World in 3D.

Knock out a quick 25 miles? That's pretty good. How long does it take you on average? Stay hydrated and have a awesome day. Don't work to hard. Pace yourself. Pace yourself? Never mind, I forgot who I was talking to.

That is great,I love it. That just set my mind for the day,it's on. Y'all have a great day. @Chuck on heavy mountain bikes I can average 15 miles a hour for 20 miles on pavement. In the swamp if we don't hit any really hard trails me and dude average 13 miles a hour. Yesterday with the wife we only averaged 10.
