off-topic Good Mornin' Thread - For those that get up really early and post

Good morning everyone. Cooler temps make for happier gardeners, or so it should be. I actually picked my FIRST two ripe tomatoes yesterday, Owen's Purple, that will be shared with the coffee group. Late harvest for them! The solar eclipse is really being promoted here though they predict 92%. But I have the solar glasses just in case.

Not many bugs in the gardens this year, but the creatures make up for them. Traps are set, we'll see.

Good morning. Sounds like everyone is stayin busy. Been doing yard duty 15min here and there. Trying to plan a quick trip to San Diego, to pick up a fishing boat of mine. Been looking at kayaks lately. No time this year, but next year would be fun for me and the boy to do something like that.

Congrats Jane on the harvest. Hope your peppers are doing well. I wish we had a community garden. I would love to hang out with other growers and share produce. Sounds like real fun.

Pace yourself Sic. Just think of Cool hand Luke while your out there. You could be the Man with no eyes.

cool 9c, seams to be the normal now and hints of going down to 7c in a week, looks like going to have to look into polly tunnel earlier, still going to 30c today.
Made some wine (Elderberry/Rhubarb/Plum) to celebrate new home, yup dont drink but can always share :)
Warming my hand on Coffee and getting ready to prep for this weekends home warming party :) still smoky sky from fires.
