Started at 42 with a high of 50. Heavy rain and flooding is in the forecast for the next several days. Should plant potatoes this coming weekend but will probably have to hold off for at least a week. Have a great day.
Good morning, everyone. Rain today, snow tomorrow. Eastern CO/Western KS is supposed to be getting high winds, snow to equal a blizzard. Not good for the calving cattle.

Good morning! We're going to need an ark! My gravel road is is nothing but mud and water filled pot holes right now. It's a real obstacle course to drive down it. Warm today ..... 40s-50s. WX forecast is for high winds and rain starting at 9:00 AM here at the office in Overland Park.
Really looking forward to the morels ..... the last couple of years were crap. Lots of moisture this year. I'm thinking we're 5-6 weeks away from the morels. Need to get out and catch some crappie too.
Full day on the office schedule. Hope it goes by quick.

Good soggy morning everyone. Looks like the weather people were quite correct this time. The rain is quite heavy at 7am, looking for snow near noon. The garlic bed is saturated with moisture, I just hope it doesnt all rot with today's torrent.

I do know (or at least I think I do) the days start getting longer starting on Dec 22, starting with only a few seconds a day, and stop gaining June 22?
Good morning to all, woke up to 38°f and they saying a high of 60°. it's going to feel like summer to me. I'm looking forward to some snow melting and seeing some green. Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning. Well, we've got the bomb cyclone winds but no blizzard. Thankful for that. Stopped at the QT to fill up on fuel on the way to the office .... about got blown away. 45 and forecasted to drop throughout the day. Cold rain/mix tonight.

Happy Pi Day. Yesterday we got the bomb cyclone and the blizzard with high winds and icy snow. I stayed home and so did almost everyone else. Way too many accidents from stupidity.
