off-topic Good Mornin' Thread - For those that get up really early and post

Good morning. Like Tinkerbelle, these dark mornings keep me in bed longer than usual. We’re waiting for snow that filled the mountains, but so far nothing. Applesauce is on today’s docket. Hubby brought a jar of Cowboy Candy jam to his bowling night buddies. Must have been OK since the jar didn’t come home.

Good morning. Another late start here as well. Maybe it's the moon phase, lol. Currently it's sunny, breezy and 53F, on its way to 62. Should be an ok day. Finished another hot sauce yesterday. Lots of errands today, including flu shot. Hope everybody has a nice Thursday. Be safe out there.

Good morning. It's 31F, on its way to 58F. Supposed to be mostly sunny today. Not a terrible day by any means. Got flu shot yesterday. Arm's a little sore today. Of course the woman that jabbed me used a dart-throwing motion, so I'm not surprised. I think I'll start on another hot sauce today. Maybe some outside putzing this afternoon. Hope everybody has a freaky Friday!. Be safe out there.
 
Morning all - it's going to be a very strange weekend.
There's a massive reservoir going to be built about a mile away. This weekend protesters from around France are descending here, expected about 9,000 of them, protesting about this reservoir while they don't even live here. Most of the roads are blocked and we're surrounded by police and army.
Big tents have gone up, because hey what's a protest without a party? There's DJs, live bands and food wagons.
So should be interesting.
Anyway have a good weekend people, while we're confined to our quarters - don't worry we have plenty of food and booze, and, of course, live music :lol:
 
Good morning. It's 42 (6c) on its way to 67 (19c). Should be a great weekend. Tink .... a protest with music and food? Indeed, it sounds more like a party :beer::high:! Yesterday, I had some problems with boat motor fuel flow .... I need to look into that. Otherwise, I am watching English Premier League this morning, college football after that and I've been told we're watching the KC Current (Women's soccer) in their championship game later on. I expect grilling or BBQ later on. Looks like I need to mow up some leaves .... probably tomorrow's job. Be safe and be good.
 
Well, it's sunny and 36F, on its way to 61F. Should be a cool, but nice, day. Not sure what's on tap for the day...maybe keep it simple and listen to the TV and work on label design. Now I'm hearing there's an errand or two to run. Starting to sound like a "wing-it" day, lol. Hope everybody has a super Saturday. Good Morning!
 
Good morning. It looks like a wing-it day here, too. Nothing is planned for outdoors until it warms up a bit more. Starting to organize seeds I’ve collected from the garden, mostly flowers. That’s really a project for a snowy day.
Party hearty, Tinkerbelle. We have the reservoirs, just little water. They’ve been talking about using waste water for our everyday use - not a fan.

it's all been quiet at the protest, but then police and army are wandering around with water canons and teargas.
Hello lovely Sunday - not much planned, still barricaded in - so good lunch and a snooze for today.
Clocks went back today and a lot lighter first thing this morning, thank goodness. Just takes me a while to get used to it.

Good morning. It's currently 29F, on its way to 64F. Supposed to be sunny most of the day, then clouds rolling in. Did a recycle run yesterday. No pickup here like in town. We have to sort it and take it to the recycling site. Not a big deal. It's worth it to us. Fixed a pot of chili yesterday. Yum. Not much planned for today - probably watch some NFL. The electronic clocks rolled here, but it's not to be...yet. Hope everybody has a restful Sunday. Be safe out there.
 
Good morning. Birthday celebration with the kids at a casino to again celebrate hubby’s bday. Way too much food for way too much $$$. On the way home we saw many rescue vehicles and people bringing a stretcher up from the Creek. Hopefully all is OK. Busy week ahead with another bday celebration next week.
