off-topic Good Mornin' Thread - For those that get up really early and post

Morning all - we're still stuck with gendarmes and barricades. Have to show papers at each checkpoint to prove we live here.
It could be going on for months :(
Anyway on a happier note - back at the dog pound working with the pooches, had a lovely morning.

Currently light rain and 44F, on its way to 62F. Supposed to clear off this afternoon, hopefully. Made another hot sauce yesterday. Hope to bottle today. A few errands to run this afternoon, then hopefully Margarita Monday! Some days I'm glad it's Monday. Hope everybody has a marvelous Monday. Good Morning!
 
Good morning. Happy All Hallows' Eve! A spooky day in the making. It's currently 47 (8c) on its way to 69 (21c). I've got some scary office work to do then I'll be mowing the haunted lawn. No Trick or Treaters out here! Grilling and bewitching beverages this evening. Be very safe and be very good :twisted:!

Morning all - unexpected day off today. Gendarmes have advised not to open the charity shop, plus it's Toussaint so a day off.
Weather still quite mild for this time of year but I'm going to harvest the peppers in the garden today/tomorrow - soon :lol:
No trick or treaters last night don't think they wanted to risk the gendarmes and barricades.
I have to meet a woman with several pepper plants, still producing, for adoption later.

Good morning. It's foggy and 54F, on its way to 71F. Some sun with a shower is the forecast. Isn't that rainbow time? Anyway, Margarita Monday was a success! Sorry he hear about your step-dad Sic. I wish him the best of luck with his recovery. Rehab can be tough but effective. We had to admit my Mother a few weeks ago for rehab. Absolutely lousy facility. A few errands today and a meeting or two as well. Hope everybody has a terrific Tuesday. Be safe out there.

Good morning. Sorry to hear about your stepdad, Sic. Thoughts and prayers for his complete recovery. My dear friend and neighbor went to the Lord yesterday morning after a hard fight with pancreatic cancer. I will truly miss her. I hope to get to the CG today and finish cleaning up before the predicted cold front.

Thanks everyone, Bob has been in my life for 35 years and raised me. I know my mother is upset.

Not much on the docket today. Had to take the work truck into the shop yesterday so had to use the van for work which Im not a fan off. Of course it started acting up so will be dropping it off when I pick up truck. Guess its good I found out yesterday not a couple days before our trip in 3 weeks. Really didnt plan on spending a bunch of money right now but whatever, Have a great day and good morning.
 
Morning chilli people, cold and wet today, looks like I chose the right day to harvest everything, frost forecast for next week - brrrrr
Not much planned for today, I may get the Cowboy Candy done and the woodman is coming, which means a few hours of back-breaking log tossing.
Barricades have gone, I am FREEEEEEEEEEE at long last.

Picked up truck yesterday and dropped off van hopefully its fixed today with minor issues. Bike ride this morning. Relaxing with a movie and pizza tonight. 75 at the moment with a high of 87. Mother came down with Covid so its a $hit show at her house at the moment. My brother is there to help them thankfully. Have a great day and good morning.

Good morning. Windy with a cold front coming through tonight, and maybe some moisture with it. We finished as much as we could at the CG, at least nothings growing except the iris.
Baby layettes to assemble this AM, more apples to work on. And daughter wants apple cinnamon jam. Busy kitchen weekend.

Work plans cancelled due to bad weather so the day is my lobster apart from wood stacking - I foresee painkillers and gin in the my future.
And still haven't got that cowboy candy started.
