off-topic Good Mornin' Thread - For those that get up really early and post

Good morning. It's cloudy and 48F, on its way to 63F. The sun should pop out this afternoon. Well, yesterday was one of those rare occasions where I got done every thing I planned to, lol. Picked the butternuts, finished chopping peppers and got the ferment going, AND got the truck inspected. A rare day indeed. Of course, they stung me with the "windshield wipers need to be replaced" scam (to pass inspection) so, $35 later, and I am good to go. One of these days, I'm going to replace the wipers with a $10 set from Walmart BEFORE I head to the inspection station. Anyway, it's done for another year. Today I have a Dr's appointment, then we're heading over to visit Mom for a bit. Then home and more playing with peppers. Hope everybody has a wonderful Wednesday. Good morning. Yesterday was a summer 85F temp that wore me out. Today will be planting garlic in a bit cooler sun after coffee group and some grocery shopping. I still have lots to take down at home, but need to finish the CG.
We’re getting ready for Halloween - hubby’s been eating all the candy.

Good morning. The sun is burning off some patchy fog and it's 31F, on its way to 69F. Wasn't expecting 31F last night. That might have toasted the garden. I'll go down and check later on. Need to take advantage of the warm weather today and get some things done outside. It gets colder and wetter from here on out. Hope everybody has a terrific Thursday. Good morning. It's 50F on its way to 73F. It should be a nice day. We need to figure out what to do with several thousand red and green jalapenos ..... LOL. Running some errands today ..... going to the eye doctors, carniceria, early voting, bank, box stores and grocery store. Fixing some siding on the house after that and then firing up the grill. Maybe a walk later on. Be safe and be good.
 
Back and side doors wont open on the van so taking them in to get fixed this morning. $428.00 :mope: but i have a vanless van at the moment and that sucks. not really sure what else is going on? Need to get some exercise in though. Playing guitar later. Have a great day and good morning.

Looks like we might have another week or so before first frost. Some pods ripening here and there, but with the cooler temps, they're definitely taking their time. More pepper processing today. Good morning. It's 49F on its way to 81F. Very warm. Ran a ton of errands yesterday. Not much going on today. Need to make an adult beverage store run sometime this morning. Maybe some seed saving and fishing tackle work this afternoon. Our grand-daughter will be here starting today and throughout this weekend. Very busy weekend planned. Also prepping for a big fiesta tomorrow (celebrating Grandma's B'Day). Pizza tonight. Beverages later on. Be safe and be good.
 
Good morning and Happy Birthday to G’Ma tomorrow. We had a wonderful steak dinner last night and watched a baseball game, then talked about their trip to Hawaii in a few months. Nice time.
The CG has been put to bed on my area, but there’s lots to finish/clean in a few other places. Time to get decorated for Halloween.

Good morning. It's 52F on its way to 83F. It should be another stunning early fall day. Grandma is taking her big male cat to the vet this morning for his diabetes check-up. Today we're having the fiesta for Grandma's B'Day. The kids will be here around noon. I need to get some brews for the party sometime this AM. Premier League futbol watching this morning, followed by college football watching today and then I'm heading up to KC for the decision day futbol match this evening. Busy Saturday for sure. Good morning. It's overcast and 57F, on its way to 59F. Cloudy, showers and breezy is today's forecast. Another nice day to stay inside. Yesterday I put the finishing touches on a sauce. I let the flavor "mature" overnight in the fridge. I also ground up three bags worth of different peppers. When I squatted down to get something off the bottom shelf, something happened in my left knee. Not sure what, but it felt like somebody stuck an ice pick in it. Had trouble standing back up. Still kinda sore/painful this morning. I hope this isn't going to a bad place. Anyway, today I'll bottle that sauce, and maybe start processing another ferment. Dunno, depends on the knee I guess. Hope everybody has a super Saturday. Be safe out there and remember, use your knees.😬

Son has back to back Futbol games today. Tournament. Last game of the season. I hope none of the boys get injured. They’ll be tired.

DownRiver, I know how you feel. I have ice pick pain in inside knee. Sometimes worse than other times. Hope you feel better.

Feeling lazy. PT is wearing me out. I’d rather be hiking or biking for exercise.

Good morning. The sun hasn't crested the ridge yet and it's 47F, on its way to 58F. Partly sunny and windy this afternoon. The first Freeze Warning of the season is tonight. Guess I need to go down and survey what's left in the garden and pick anything worth picking. Other than that, probably what some NFL today. Hope everybody has a peaceful and restful Sunday. Be safe out there and watch out for frostbite.
 
Good morning. It's 51F on its way to 76F. Warm and sunny. The fiesta was good. Now there's a family reunion today .... at the wife's family (a good 1.5 hours north of here). Ugh! Lots of driving today. Need to get back home in time for the late afternoon NFL games. Big time futbol and football wins for my teams yesterday. Got home late last night. My wife says the dishwasher isn't working ..... I need to look at that too. Not much going on in the garden. I've probably got one more harvest. Looks like we're at least a week away from a freeze. Grilling and beverages this evening. Be safe and be good.
