Justaguy's 2012 Garden Season

Coming from 2011
http://www.thehotpep...n/page__st__440

About a month earlier then last year and this year I have a place in case I need to pot up.

First I got the germ bed set up and temps stabilized. Left to right go 82° - 87° - 83°

Next I took my old light racks

100_1493.jpg

Slid one over and added a double

100_1494.jpg

Then added a new bulb that hits 6500K to each side to go with the ones from last year

100_1496.jpg

I have to get the bottom shelf done and then i will put up pics to show how the 2 lights differ and IMO will be good.

This year I will have less total plants, but more varieties. Lord please save me from this addiction.

Initially I plan on 123 in ground and 25 in containers(some to be given away)

25 varieties, 27 strains total. Basically 3 strains of T.S., so 25 varieties.

At a later time I will try to update this list with who they came from if not from my seed stock, the number I plan on planting, and the number I put in to germinate. To be safe I am planning on dropping double in for germination so I will most likely be sending out sprouts again this year.

Epic pull as always my brother. It was nice to get over there and see your monsters yesterday. Now come over here with your camera so I can update my damn GLOG!

Sorry could not resist.

Good job, Brian, especially for training a bucket holder. That is so important. Good luck to you and your boys.

Nice! I haven't found anyone that will go near my peppers.

It is just out of frame....I really do need to find a new place for it.

Very nice my friend. What's the word on that coffee can fatalii?
Just updated it for you... Some sink, some swim. With some nutes on a schedule I think she could be a thicker girl, but that was not the point of the experiment. May overwinter her as is and try blasting her next year from the door.

That a really nice garden you've got going there and some great pod porn.
Thanks for checking it out. Always good to see another lover of pod porn.

nice! you can breed ur own strain and name it bucket holder lol
 he would love that.

Sunday I found this guy. the little limb was cut off and thrown on the coals from Saturday's fire. It was fun watching him slap around as he roasted.

I assume this guy is a Horn Worm, but what are the white things on him????

There was a big storm today and I decided to give a few garden shots.

Biggest damage was out front in the Fatalii bed

That's exactly what they are. Let them hatch and they will destroy all the hornworms. Good Call jeff.

Great updated Brian. Sorry they moved your thread. It happens to most of the good guys ;)

Wasp Larvae maybe

Moving wasn't that bad. I have all grow years linked end to beginning of the next and back, but upon checking found I don't have to adjust the link.
Well the whole thing went in the fire pit larvae and all. Never saw one in my garden before and hope I don't again. At least he was up by the house in the bench planter and none anywhere else. I searched that day, but I admit that without those larvae I might have missed him.

Jamie...tomorrow should be a nice day for you. :silenced:

nice photo of the jungle.. saw a couple of them hornworms in my garden.. one learned to fly over the neighbors yard.. the other was sawed in half... =D

Slummin it in GLOGS now! I'm having branches like that break from just a normal sprinkle. My plants are unstakable right now. I do more damage trying to fix them.

OK here are some pics to update my garden season thread here in GLOGS
