earlier this week, we had some nice tacos ... despite forgetting shredded cheese and sour cream both ...

but the when it was time for leftovers, it started going downhill ...

picking up speed, and eventually bottoming out cheese-less ...

needless to say, i can't wait to shop tomorrow

day one was white queso from a jar from the cupboard (tostitos or such), day two was velvulva, and then just wasn't anything to be had for day three ...

i just got an el cheapo mexican CI thing to try making some myself, perhaps ...

Hot pan + tortillas = done.

If you have a propane stove, even better, just burn them over the flame.

Nuked flour tortillas are like chewing on a mudflap.

Ill tell you what. Scov, even worse for me is corn torts,I can not eat them if they are not thrown on to the pan. I like to do it after ive cooked my meat so you get a nice residue on them. "Meat Oil" if you will.
  Ill admit i eat plenty of the flour nuked
 
    Good thing I only eat the corn most of the time.
