food Make your best taco.

As soon as I dumped this carnitas sauce stuff on the pork I regretted it. I should have smelt it first, it is more like bbq sauce. I added some cumin and chili powder and its still weird. At least on tacos, I might make sandwiches out of it or something.

That Williams seasoning is what I normally use, its pretty good and I think its made in Kansas city.

Made ground beef tacos with it.

Had a little leftover steak from the other day, this is how I should make them every time, marinated steak from the Mexican grocery store, on the grill for a minute then cut up and cooked in some garlic, cumin, and chili powder.

Never tried the Williams Taco seasoning but the chilli seasonings are decent with minor additions. They are one of the few brands with no salt added. Chilli and even taco meat though are a couple of things that just dont taste right without enough salt. Makes it a real pain to adjust other spices while cooking. Try Mrs Dash taco seasoning sometime. Its a very good option if you want to adjust the salt to your liking.

Tomorrow is my day to bring the tacos.

Folding the ends in doesn't magically turn it from a taco to a burrito.

Just like unfolding the ends of a burrito doesn't turn it into a huge messy taco.

Folded or unfolded if you can easily eat 3 or 4 = taco

If you have to double fist grab that log. Burrito. As in, the thing is hung like a donkey. Think about that the next time you eat a burrito. Bahahaha
