food My Badass Burrito!

We slow simmered some chicken thighs ( removed from the bones ) in water with
a quartered onion, a handful of garlic cloves and a bunch of japones chilies. The
meat was then shredded. A couple bell peppers, jalapenos and an onion were
sliced and cast ironed. Also avaliable were diced chipotles in adobo, salsa and
HEB's That Green Sauce.
 
TB, surely you've tried this sauce? A friend from Round Rock, TX recently sent
me a jar and dang! it has a good flavor.

Peperonata, fagiolini, sauteed ferenc tender, minced beef, i finished 3 cheese (pecorino romano, prà del Giglio, Asiago) and the 7pod sauce:

EDIT: i've never bought any piadina since flatbread TD... Now all homemade and many friends that have tasted them say that it's much better than store bought.
So thanks to all THP to have converted me into that! It's very easy to do too!

ok TB, I have promised this for a long time and failed to deliver until NOW. I give you The BeeBomb Burrito. It goes like this, PexPeppets was having an auction for a quart of his Bee Bomb sauce. I, after consuming many beers, thought well this looks like fun. I thought I'd bid it up a bit. Well, I woke up to find out that everyone else was scard of my sheer awesome bidding powe so I won. Today said bottle arrived so I got this brilliant idea to use it in this here bigass burrito. I started by sauteeing some onions and seasoned diced chicken breast in oil added a few glugs (official measurement) of Beebomb and let it simmer until it thickened. I used three tortillas for assembly. The onion chicken mixture was placed atop a mound of cheddar, and topped with diced jalapenos, tomatoes, and red onions. I baked it in my Super Turbo Oven 6000 for four minutes and served it with homemade salsa and sour cream.

Jay brang his most excellente' bigass burrito that looks like the size of a toddlers torso!
 
And Boom brings his bigass and badass seafood chingadera.
 
I could do shrimps and scallops all day long.
 
Jays looks damn good and I'd filate that 'thang like a porn star. (no homo)
 
Boom's I'd mau mau like old people having sex.
 
Slow and sloppy.
 
Afterwards I'd walk around the house all day with no underwear.
