stumbled on this site via another uk chile site - chileman.org.
I have been a chef for many years and am now hoping to get into the supply chain, or at least get a lot more self sufficient - mainly with speciality chillies.
I have just put together an 8 pot aero/hydroponic system - basically cobbled together a lot of diy jobs researched on the net and came up with a system that hopefully will work for me - when I have a bit of time (and if there is any interest!! ) I will put up a step by step to show my design and results.
Got 1 Assam Bhut Jolokia and two Naga Morich in it at the moment along with a few tomatoes, herbs etc - hopefully all goes well and my next project will be one using pipe/guttering to maximise yield in a given area.
