Okay okay! I screwed the pooch and misread it early this morning. You have my humblest and most sincere apologies Pippy. I bow down to your Snausage greatness and most high of moderatornessess and grovel at thine feet. I prostrate and genuflect to thine ultimate power and greatness. I am but your humble servant. You need only to command and my feet will become like wings to obey thy bidding.

um....ok....I think.

To bow to moy's height touch your toes.

As admin I could remove the freeze. Hmmmm. Pippy, you got some $?

I'm gonna do a review of the "Be Dammned" " bhut sauce with 7.3M extract AND 15M pure cap...holy crap....tasty, but omg..

Oh, and a review of the hotttest thing I've eer seen...called 10-minute-burn

A pure Bhut Jolokia sauce + 7.3 extract monster..oh and it has raspberries...o0

I gave pinpricks worth on toothpicks to bar customers....

It didn't go well....

It's THAT mutherf^%*(&^*^%$ hot.

10-min-burn is 'prolly the first sauce I don't think I dare do a tsp. of for health reasons.

I really don't think I should.
I am skeered of it, and I do not want permanent damage.

When I open the 10min...the entire cap plus the seal was coated in oil.

Oil is not an ingredient....you figure that out.

I got it on my hand, and it burned for like 20 min..after washing with soap.

It is barely an edible product..it does have an admirable flavor..but is so incredibly hot....few on this earth could detect it.

Congrats, I name this the hottest "edible" sauce on earth.
It is hotter than The (7.1) Source by far.

I don't even know how to categorize it...it's like eating a Bhut Jolokia raw....then it does not end there. Yes, you taste extracts..for a very short time, then fruity flavors, and then you fail to have tastebuds or a tongue left.

Few could dare more than a pinprick of it...but it delivers true endorphins to those who can.

It IS the king of hot in my opinion. I have never felt anything even close except a raw Brain Strain 7-pot.

That, hard to find, this you can buy pretty soon.

It's not out quite yet, The Damned however is and I recommend it if you want a NagaMama type sauce with much more firepower. Nice flavors it has.

May your god help you.

I have heard about meat pies- we have these frozen things called "pot pies" -which are processed meat cubes swimming in thin gravy and out-numbered by the vegatables and put in a pie shell....I now know that I have not yet lived.

I must find me a recipe!

When you first said pie, I was thinking rhubarb and strawberries with habeneros....

Marcel rang whilst i having a coffee there yesterday and he wants to try 1 so taking a few Up and will see what he thinks, will be funny too

gonna get a few to freeze as well :)

 I would kill myself trying but dang those looked good enough to eat.

Being as I am relatively new to hot peppers (Everything is relative), I would eat that up! looks divine. And i'm sure I would pay for it in the "end"

I would like to know the dimensions of those pie pans...I have seen recipes for meat pies from the British Isles.

Americans tend to think of "pie" in the terms of custard or fruit. Thus the dimensions of the pan tend to wide, shallow, and feeds 6-8. Those in the vids were clearly intended as individual servings (for individuals with good appetite!) and appear to be much deeper than pie pans are here?

Great vid's Niel

Looks insane, glad to see it finally happened and ended up so yummy.

Looks like Todd went well he said the next day was a bit full on lol

Real meat pies aren't australian... try a scottish recipe maybe.
i'll 2nd that. now i see one, they look like pie versions of Jamaican beef patties. Very delicious, but are they beefy inside or are they spicy (actual spices, not chiles)? Sweet or savory? I will make one Jersey style if i have some clues.

Scottish meat pies are not like Jamaican beef patties. JBP are a type of empanada, totally different. Pies keep the pie shape (like Australian). Patties (empanadas) are like sealed tacos.
