That US-05 started slow, but it doesn't stop lol. I think that pale ale is going to finish lower than I am expecting. Should be right around 1.011 which would make it 6%
So much for a cute little beer huh GM lol.

I want to go see where the mulberara stopped, but will resist and let it sit there finishing out and cleaning itself up or whatever until the Mild is ready to be crashed with it ...

I might oak the M ...
 
With the ingredients you have in the M I think oak would lend itself well.


I think so, too ... and it's interesting, but, some of the stuff I attributed to barrel-aged beers was just their size, I think ...

There's a touch of other-alcohols taste in that beer ...

Like, light sherry-ish ...
