haha...sitting here looking at mine now taking inventory on what I will need.

going to brew a relatively smaller beer tonight, which should make it seemingly easy ...

Just won't quit. Still a bubble every 2-3 secs. I even lowered the temp on my space heater.

Got some IPA glasses for Christmas. Lol the bubble keep pushing the froth up and up.

That US-05 started slow, but it doesn't stop lol. I think that pale ale is going to finish lower than I am expecting. Should be right around 1.011 which would make it 6%
So much for a cute little beer huh GM lol.

I want to go see where the mulberara stopped, but will resist and let it sit there finishing out and cleaning itself up or whatever until the Mild is ready to be crashed with it ...

I might oak the M ...

Thanks.  Its a little small, but gets the job done.  I wanted one from DFH but the shipping was more than the glass lol, so my wife found these.

I think so, too ... and it's interesting, but, some of the stuff I attributed to barrel-aged beers was just their size, I think ...

There's a touch of other-alcohols taste in that beer ...

Like, light sherry-ish ...

i think this is going to be my next brewing purchase.  My local brew shop has it for the same price.  My old turkey fryer burner is inefficient as hell, and slow to boil even with the hot wort.  This and an O2 kit will be had.

Still loving this Porter. I could see brewing this again soon but adding some roasted barley and coffee and making a stout out of it.
