You'd think a high end pizzeria would. I totally understand it was the volume but it turned me off it.
 
Truffle oil is just olive oil infused with truffle aroma anyway. Cheap shit because truffles are trendy. The oil is horrid and no more for me.

I don't need gimmicks if I want shaved truffles I'll get that, not the fake hype oil.

I've never reacted to a food like that. So yeah. And I never new top chefs despised it. That makes me feel better. Heh. My palate is okay. Not many things I hate.
