Thanks CJ and Scovie. It was nice. Steak was very tender. But it's missing something. I think that something is cheese splooge and bacon. I'm going to grill the steak to med/rare then slice it and try it that way.
All you gotta do is go to your favorite meat section and ask for 2 pounds of thin sliced Ribeye.How do you slice the ribeye? I imagined you put it in the freezer to firm it up but not freeze it, then put it on the slicer? Lemme know Jay.
