Fiddy's Conch/Shrimp Cuban Avocado Remoulade Awesome Po' Boy GO!!!!!
Fresh Florida Pink Skrimps. Fresh Conch.
Here's how I cooks it (cracked conch style)
Marinate it in Evaporated milk (I use a gallon zip lock)
Dip it in Cracker Meal. Fry in vag oil. I mean veg.
Made a remoulade with homegrown avocado.
Half an avocado, mayo, garlic, homemade fatali mustard, cayenne pow.
Blend. Add a shit-ton of capers (no less).
Cuban Bread. C'mon, it's SoFlo.
Slice the bread lengthwise, dress with the remoulade.
Top with shredded lettuce, fresh tomato, pickled jalapenos.
Slap the fried conch and shrimp on that bad boy. Maybe tickle it a little with some Louisiana Red.
Take some pics so the friends can enjoy too.
