Seasoning is awesome, that was in my prize pack from GM.  It is Asian Seven Spice, Japanese chili, toasted sesame, nori, roasted black sesame, ginger, orange peel, Sichuan pepper.

It was all in the jar man, all in the jar.  Awesome steak.  I am really glad I didn't fuck it up.  I hate it when I mess up a $30 steak.

If they die.  They die.  Gives it character.  Like I said, it came out of the jar, I wasn't picking sesame seeds out of it and adding them later.
