I'd say the ruffled feathers coming about from your post, if any, is that you did put it under "Promotions" and did basically put advertising your business before showing off the discovery. If you were just looking to share something cool you discovered (such as you are saying), then just focus on that and if people want to know more (like where to get 'em) then they'll ask and then you can let 'em know. Focus on the discovery

As far as appearance goes.... Im one of the largest (If not THE largest) grower of Super Hot Peppers in the entire USA...I have seen just about EVERY type of super by now...i have seen many "pod/pepper appearance" situations....and this just SCREAMS "Reaper" to me.....but what do i know???
Lol. Well I guarantee your not the largest grower in the USA (not even close) and I'd guess I'm just as large. Neither of us are anywhere near the largest.

I hope you realize I wasn't being confrontational at all, so please ease off on being confrontational to someone who complimented your find. I didn't miss your first paragraph and I did understand that point and that's why I offered up a bit of advice on how you might get a bit better reception.
What are the flame retardant qualities of the Chocolate Reaper like compared to the original variety?

Ok. First stop here for equal comparison. On way back stop at puckerbutt. Several HUNDRED acres of them. Several including me are just as big as you Dale. You nor I are even in the same league with Ed in terms of number of plants, supers or otherwise.

Wow....u live in a dream world Mike...u must think I don't know facts...u must think I don't talk to other people in the industry....Ed Currie has hundreds of acres of "pepper fields" u say?? Then how come last year, in ALL of 2013, he was only able to supply roughly 150 gallons of "Carolina Reaper" mash to CaJohn....someone whom Ed had "exclusive" rights with and I'm certain the biggest mash buyer that shopped Ed...only 150 gallons or so?? Rumor on the streets is CaJohn was scheduled to get over 1,000 gallons from Ed...Ed couldn't deliver... Mike, I can ship peppers next week (and every week after that) that would make 150 gallons of mash...gimme a break!! I LAUGH AT THAT STATEMENT Mike...puckerbutt is the largest?!? THAT IS PURE HUMOR TO ME! Ed Currie, The guy who can't supply anyone with anything, has hundreds of acres of super hot pepper plants?? The question was super hots btw toommcdermott1 said:

That if Ed has more pepper acres than God, why was he shopping ME to grow product for him to sell?????? Case closed!! Mike always has to turn things into a pissing contest and I've had enough...finally....I've been silent for a while, but Mike knows that silence won't pay for a new tractor now will it??
