dang, yesterday must have been shrimp day...I boiled two pounds cajun style with extra spice...no pics yet...gonna have some for supper tonight and post a couple of pics...shrimp are SMALL but they taste good and were cheap....roflmao

You know I like to fancy myself a pretty innovative cook, but even I would have never thought to substitute bacon for lettuce. That is genius! Of course i rarely make a sandwich without it anyway. That looked good. Sorry i wasn't around last night, pool league. I'll try to do better tonight.
