Went with a little Chicken in a red curry sauce tonight. Not bad. Seemed to have hints of habanero at the end of each bite. Also drank beer out of a frosty cold casino mug my ol' lady brought back for me when she was down in LA this past summer

looking good Blister!! I'm just back from the shops... first beer of the afternoon with some prawns (shrimp for you americans!) and calamari (squid)... gonna cook us up a feast this evening!
 
Blister I hope it tasted better than it looked. No offense but on the right umm hmmm lol. Never mind. :)

Sure it was good though. Some foods look unappetizing.

I bucked my own tradition and made breaded wings this time. I find it helps with sauce sticking the second of my dueling wings. On one side we have Burner wings with Anchor Bar's Suicide as a base then a big splooge of my Fatalii puree and some cajun seasoning. The other side is Thai wings with Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce and my Thai powder then topped with wasabi sesame seeds.

Let's get this out of the way right away!

I just par-boiled some Thais and Serranos in 1/3rd white wine vinegar, 1/3rd apple cider vinegar and 1/3rd water. Added was 2 tbls rock salt and two cloves of garlic.
Eat them outta the jar when chilled. Chillin in the fridge now.

Edit: I also added the juice from a lime...
