I got's me drunk on and cooked up a chilli chicken 'tater bake... just outta the oven.. platen picks to come :) (needs to cool off a bit)

and here's the dish... Naga Jolokia powder in the cream and then topped with home made chilli flakes... tasteeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :)

Oh and TB, no that wasn't your bottle. I did have it out yesterday though for some cheesesteaks. It's almost gone now.
 
thanks guys... i do have a few left overs.. although at this minute mrmel is mopping them up with bread... i think the leftovers look better than the plate!!
