dont know if i should go drunken chef or poppers, but....seeing how much i had to drink, this feels like home.

me and sum made some spanish influenced poppers in honor of the world cup champs. jalapenos, chicken, shrimp, and chorizo. slappin' the bass with some sharp cheddar. some stuffed poblanos for the ladies. busch light and bitch wine in the house.

a squeeze of fresh lime and these babies were fantastico!

One day I'll actually have some ripe chillis ( buggered if I'm gonna buy the supermarkets version of a chilli, even the ripe ones are over priced and crap ) and then I can make a hot dish that'll stun you all into silence ... probably followed by extremely loud laughter ;)

Anyway, until that day I guess I just need to drool over all the dishes in this thread, and several others ... damn, I may never forgive you guys for all this unquenched saliva!

The only chilli that's got even the remotest chance of being ripe in the next 7 days is a lemon drop .... don't force me to make the worlds smallest popper!

Yeah! Who says it even has to be a fresh chile? Hell, grab that can of spray cheese, grab a canned jalapeno and pull off the stem and give a splooge o' that spray cheese. Eat it on a ritz with a cold hosky and post a pic. Ghetto can be veeeeerrry tasty!
