TB, SL and JayT. You guys and Gal are KILLING me here. I truly wish I had that kind of imagination when it came to cooking. If it doesn't have a recipe I'm lost ;) I have to give you all mad props 'cause those meals look truly awesome!!

thanks Burns. I rarely use recipes anymore, but it all starts with a recipe at some time and from there it's just adding what you like and leave out what you don't like. Just Wing It!
 
heeheehee, I have vague memories of pieces of paper with printing on them. Heck, for all I know, I could be just remembering an old shopping list! :rofl:
 
After this weeks earlier goin's on in celebration of Meathenge and all 'dat brisket, it was time to mellow down easy with some fish. Got some nice pacific cod. Dusted it up with PF's T-Scorp powdah' and cranked up Black Betty to medium. Hit the iron with butter, minced garlic and minced shallot. Flopped in the fishy wishy. Flipped it once and deglazed with fresh squeezed lime and white wine, then reduce! reduce! reduce! Here's the some fish porn...

You no likey teh fish? Have some more! (not for throwdown) Grilled mahi mahi brushed with scampi butter. Just a small spritz of PF's T- Scorp powder this time. That stuff is soooo hot! Slapped on a tortilla. Enjoy!
