I'm drunk.

What do I do with these:

Should I grind them to a flake...or...

Is it too late to answer? Grind them up fine and mix them with milk and ice cream for a milkshake!!! :mouthonfire:

I didn't injure myself and I cooked a decent meal.

First I cut up some chicken and marinated it in lemon juice, chillies, garlic, salt and pepper.

AllI could harvest from my cooling chilli garden was a few tiny tabasco's and two small aji lemons

not quite enough spice so I added a little of this

Marinated it for an hour in a vacuumed jar which equates to a lot of hours of normal marinating. It apparently opens up all the pores in the meat, it seems to work. Got some more chilli vodka into me while waiting

Then fry it up with some spring onions.

till it goes brown

Then add cream, pasta and some pesto because I can't ever eat enough basil. I usually make my own but I've just run out and have to let the poor basil bushes recover from the last culling before I can harvest again so I had to use inferior supermarket brand.

Served with parmesan cheese and some more spring onions for colour.

It was really good. That hot embers stuff is so hot, you barely need to use any of it.

And yes my kitchen is that dirty most of the time. Now I'm going to heat up the leftovers for tonight :D

Megamoo, That looks awesome! Creamy pasta sauces with chicken...sticks to the ribs. Warms the soul!

Me and Sum DC'd last night. He's going to post today I guess. Bananas!

Bananas indeed!

SoFlo drunken debauchery ensued yesterday as the hours ticked closer and closer to 6pm.

Nervous banter, occasionally interrupted by ear-piercingly excited shrills from FD, came to an abrupt halt as we realized the rapture had passed us over. What a relief!

Time for pizza... and more beer.

Stretched out the dough and draped it gingerly into the CI skillet. Tennessee sausaged it up for good measure and then tossed it in the oven for a pre-build bake.

Halfway through we added some sweet onion, baby bella slices, some garden fresh jalapenos, and topped it with a pepperoni cap. All while reducing a sauce of garden fresh tomatoes, scotch bonnet, herbs and spices.

Added the cheese and got our meltiness on. Threw on some foo.

Seriously good stuff!
SoFlo will be doing this again for sure... on October 21... when the world blows-up.

True Story

Maybe TB was the only one of us who got raptured.
Think about it...

Eating that, I thought I might have made it to heaven!
But when I looked around and found myself surrounded by SumBits and my wife, instead of the 40 virgins and a mule I thought I was promised, I knew nothing had happened.

Oh well. Next apocalypse...

BTW, that deep dish masterpiece was one of our best yet!!!
Those buttery rolls had pepperoni stuffed in 'em.
The CI skillet is an amazing vessel. You can do anything in it.
