It was his rub and marinade on a skirt. We had planned fajita's for it but it was so good we cut it up on the board and finger picked it as is. It was incredible. Jay got game.

im just gonna leave this here because I really dont know where else to put it, and I think the drunken chef's would find this quite amusing

we got into a discussion about hot peppers on the car forum I belong to, which is where I got this picture, and when I proceeded to say that I have eaten a whole, or at least part of every pepper on there, i was dubbed a god among mortals.

Then I come back here and realize that, meh, compared to some people on here, thats nothing
