food The Drunken Chef

So couple nights ago I ended up about 7 or 8 beers deep before I realized I didnt have anything cooked and I was hungry.
Cold Sam Adams in hand I was just gonna brown up some Chorizo and mix it with some habanero cheese and eat it with some tortilla chips.

Chorizo was cookin and I noticed some sundried cherry tomatoes in the fridge so I chopped em and put em in. Didnt have any fresh pepper so I chopped up some ancho chilis and ripped the stems off some arbol chilis and threw em in. I figured they would need some liquid to help soften up so I added beer.

Tasted good but I wanted it a little smokier so I added blairs chipotle slam, and it wasnt nearly spicy enough so I added 1/2 tsp of death rain nitro. It was more than spicy enough and I needed a beer but when I went to the fridge I opened the produce drawer instead of the beer drawer and saw some bell peppers and oinons so I diced em up and in they went. Covered and simmered for a while til everything was looking good and ate it outta the pan with some scoops and a beer.

Your main dish is barely visible in the last picture, which means you shot it EXACTLY as you should have for this thread!!!!!

(I might add, I'll bet it tasted amazing looking at the ingreds!)

Keep up the good work sir.

The above post meets these requirements. Well done, spankyswrekdagn.

two candles and some sandstones does not foo make. However, anything with hot sauce and chorizo just has to be good.

On another note, Bear was spotted today. Seems he's enjoying the 100F weather more than me.
