3 cloves Garlic
2 cans Tom Sauce
Ann's Worchestershire sauce
Apple Cider Vinegar
Water
2 hours (now) simmer and ....

It has been a long week already and tonight I’m Batchin it so while I was at the market in happened to notice a case of frozen shrimp. I know, I know exactly what you’re thinking, frozen shrimp in Florida? Well, I’m too tired to drive all the way over to Cape Canaveral to get them fresh off the boats. Besides I needed some produce too. So here are the main players for tonight:
Pull out the CI and get it to heating up then a little Olive Oil and sweat all that garlicky goodness out.
Add the onion and peppers and sauté till the onion is translucent.
Time to add the shrimp and pasta along with some Dry White Wine, Butter and a couple tablespoons of Whole Cream.
The close up
Leave it alone for about a Beer and a half so that the sauce reduces and thickens
Then add the diced Tomatoes and Parsley
And serve with a little Parmesan Cheese on top
The Second Close Up
It was perfect, not too hot and lots of great flavors from the peppers and shrimp. I would do this again in a heart beat!
