This is one of Australia's retro "Bogan Oven" machines.
It is developed to assist one of the laziest househusbands in all of time.
It is called a "Jaffle Maker"
Tonight, I present ... Tomato, ham, tasty and peccorino cheese, Mushroom, beetroot, Bum hummers onions, black olives, Chilli BBQ Sauce, Multigrain and/or leb bread in the jaffle maker *gasp* with Kasaundi Chilli Relish and Natural yoghurt.
Close the lid and lift up when you hear crackin and poppin..and serve

beets were as pickled as the local woolworths allowed.. possibly 5 months in a tin can of vinigar... don't hold out for this quality aussie bbq food stuffs.

Fried some up, added some eggs and scrambled it all together, and forgot to take a pic of those steps. Y'all will have to use your imagination...

Fried, flipped, fried some more, repeated a few times, blah blah blah...
Breakfast quesadillas, served with homemade salsa and red wine in a coffee mug...
