Hey things happen to everyone.  I just don't want to see this thread which I believe to be the single most popular thread in the history of this site to sit dormant for weeks at a time.  I mean peeps come here for three reason, hot pepper plants, hot pepper sauces, hot pepper food.  We have to hold up our end of the bargain.  Oh and booze.  Yeah that too.
 
I thought THP is a Drinking Forum with a pepper problem......

I was SAVING TEQUILA last night y'all.
 
Pink salmon, garlic, my homebrew xalapa splooge sauce, handfuls of cilantro, egg, oatmeal, and possible unknown sheeit.
 

 
Schredded store bought prepackaged cabbage, juice of 3 mini mandarin (aka clementine's) oranges, mas cilantro, xalapa splooge, a small handfull of raisin's for no logical damn reason, sea salt, fresh ground blackness, and some more possible unknown sheeit.

Hoegaarden is pretty aaight, but it would sure benefit from being poured in a glass... let all them delicious aromas out that you won't get in the bottle.
 
True.... Hoegaarden does benefit from being poured into a frosty mug. Pour two thirds of the bottle into a mug, swirl the remaining third in the bottle, then pour in the mug to make the head. I also add salt. It compliments ice cold Hoegaarden very nicely.
