At 10% and already a few beers in I was slowing down. Wife did the plating.
Wife is also vegetarian bordering on vegan so I was unable to wrap everything in bacon. If cooking only for myself dish probably would have involved some chicken strips fried in butter, butter instead of olive oil for the bread, and chicken stock instead of water for the sauce. Wife doesn't eat dairy so I had to toss the tastier cheesy version in a separate pan...
but I've said it before in this thread I don't have anything against vegetable dishes.

Had a shoot this afternoon with a family that has a 1 year old. Not my jam. Apparently not the kid's father's jam either cause we ended up having a few beers during the shoot, and then I'm editing photos and sipping a beer, and now its 11:30 and I finally made dinner...
