The sauce is basic. Shallots, onions, garlic, Jalepeno , 2 mustards, ketchup, Worcester , malt vinaiger and chipolte.

Leftovers coming up after a day at jury duty.

Ah, I tried but wasn't given a chance. Turns out it was an issue within blocks where I work. Sat all day and soon food to see.

What I do is cook on Saturdays and eat leftovers all week. Tonight I just mixed pork and pickles, heated and put on an onion roll.
